In the event that you decide your purchase of one of our products was not the right decision and you are unable to achive results, contact our support team, show us you actually did the work by submitting ALL the work that you completed. We will review it and attempt to help correct the issue. If you have done the work, and are not seeing results, we will work with you one on one to help you achive results. If we cannot help solve the issue and achive results, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and completed homework before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary*.
No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. There will be no exceptions.
If you opted for a payment plan, all payments must be completed. You may not cancel part way through. This is done to avoid fraud.
*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.
The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material and then ask for a refund a few days later.
If you pay in full or choose the payment plan and then download the materials, see the videos and get the information, then there will be no refunds issued and you must complete the payment plan if you selected one.
If the payment plan is not completed on time, we will pursue it with a collection agency until the entire payment plan is made. Additional fees and fines might apply in this case.
Furthermore, if it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.
This refund policy only applies for products (not services like "DFY", coaching or consulting) and that are up to a monetary value of $797 like the course IGboss. The sales for all other products and services offered by Online CEOs Inc are final.
In the event that you pay using paypal, this refund policy does not cover paypal's buyers protection. You will first and always contact us first before escalating to paypal to make sure we are helping and serving you in the best way possible. If you ask for a refund, and it is denied (for the reasons stated above), but then you move and escalate to paypal, that motion and refund will also be denied and you wavie your rights to paypals buyers protection. Additional fees and fines might apply in this case.
